Business Booster

A training and mentoring program for Ukrainian entrepreneurs in Poland

About the Program

We invite 20 Ukrainian businesswomen and businessmenrunning companies in Poland to join the program.

Each participant will receive 20 hours of individual business mentoring with an experienced mentor. Together, you will develop a growth strategy and adapt your business model to the local market. The program also includes three online training sessions, to enhance your skills.

Important Information

The program begins on January 1, 2025, and will run for four months. Recruitment for the project follows a two-stage process. In the first step, applicants are required to complete an application form.

After submitting the application, selected businesses will be invited to an online recruitment interview. During the meeting, they will have the opportunity to present their business operations in detail.

Applications for the program can be submitted until December 26, 2025.

Agnieszka Sikorska

Mentor

Service Designer, Process Facilitator, and Educator.

Specializes in creating innovative services and managing design processes. Collaborates with public institutions—at both the state and local levels—as well as with organizations and social innovators. Executes projects based on research and workshop collaboration with diverse stakeholder groups. As an external consultant, she helps optimize service delivery processes within organizations.

She has completed numerous projects related to designing strategies, products, and services. Develops action plans for business and social organizations, supporting diversity management, fostering inclusive cultures, and creating ethical work environments.

Delivers training in service design, design thinking methodology, and communication based on Nonviolent Communication (NVC). A graduate of Social Policy at the University of Warsaw and Service Design at the School of Social Sciences/School of Form. She also holds postgraduate degrees in Empathy-Based Communication (NVC) from SWPS University and Total Design Management from the Warsaw University of Technology Business School.

Izabela Anuszewska

Mentor

Business Advisor and Mentor For over 20 years, she has run the boutique consulting firm DaVinci.

An expert in the Polish-Ukrainian Forbes Women Academy project. She specializes in securing grants and funding for starting and growing a business. She provides mentoring and advisory services to support entrepreneurs in building their personal brands.

She has developed hundreds of unique business projects, including those for recipients of prestigious awards. A mentor and trainer, she is a member of the Entrepreneurial Women Network and an expert and member of the Girls Money Club. She also serves as a public institution expert in evaluating applications for European Union funding.

Militina Velyka

Trainer

Owner and Manager of the International Consulting Firm MV Company, with over 20 years of experience in the consulting industry.

As a mentor and trainer for entrepreneurs, she has conducted over 10,000 individual consultations. Under her leadership, MV Company provides accounting support to more than 500 clients, demonstrating a consistently high standard of professional service.

Marzena Mażewska

Trainer

Graduate of the University of Gdańsk and the Higher School of Business and Administration in Warsaw. She has over 30 years of experience in advising SMEs and business support institutions.

She served as an innovation broker in research institutions for six years. She is an expert in project evaluation for PARP (Polish Agency for Enterprise Development) and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. From 2000 to 2018, she was an expert in the Economic Development and Entrepreneurship Program at the Open Society Institute Foundation in New York. She is the author and co-author of over 100 publications, analyses, expert opinions, and studies on entrepreneurship.

A longstanding member of the leadership of the Polish Association of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centers (SOOIPP). She served as President of the Board of SOOIPP from 2012 to 2022 and as Vice President and Council Member of the Polish Chamber of Commerce of Advanced Technologies from 2016 to 2020. She is also a member of the Monitoring Committee for the FENG Operational Program.

Sergiy Skorycki

Lawyer Specializing in Criminal and Economic Law, actively supporting non-governmental organizations for many years.

Since 2014, he has been providing legal advice to foreigners and managing projects aimed at their integration and professional activation. Co-author of a report on Poland’s migration policy. He has gained experience serving individual clients and business entities since 2019 and has been running his own law firm since 2017. A graduate of the University of Warsaw, he is a Polish government scholarship recipient and a native speaker of Russian and Ukrainian.

Coordinator

Irina Kutsak

Coordinator

Recruitment Specialist and Producer of Multicultural Initiatives. An activist.

Since 2022, she has been associated with the Inna Przestrzeń Foundation, where she coordinated the Coordination Support Center in Warsaw for two years. She provides organizational and promotional support for projects such as the Multicultural Initiatives Catalyst (KIWI), the re-granting project Warsaw – An Open City, and the Young Architects Academy.

She studied Journalism and Social Communication (Media Marketing and PR) in Warsaw after moving from Kharkiv, Ukraine. She participated in Student TV and volunteered with organizations including the Friends of Ukraine Society, the Flying Bag Foundation (formerly Media IC), and Greenpeace Poland. She worked in the marketing department and focused on media support and event organization.
